Description
Three unique pans, one price! Variety – that’s exactly what you’ll get with the Baker’s Delight 3-Piece Baking Sheet
Set by Nordic Ware, including high quality that doesn’t disappoint and simple style that fits any décor. Each pan is
made entirely of natural aluminum for superior baking performance you can taste, no matter the oven. When that moment
comes to open the oven door, a golden brown tint evenly covers your food ever so nicely, thanks to the natural aluminum.
There are certainly enough meal varieties to go around for friends and family, especially with just the right amount of
space available on each baking pan, dependent on your cooking purpose. Whether that involves a mini pizza, some corn
dogs, or even corn on the cob, the pans have the space for you to fill with what you’re craving. With raised edges,
the baking sheets become quite easy to grab ahold of and pull from the oven safely, with an oven mitt of course.
Delicious is more than just taste; it all begins with what you smell coming from the oven. Forgo just getting one
pan when you can get three designed to offer so much more than expected: the Nordic Ware Baker’s Delight 3-Piece

Really Good Pans
These are thicker than they appear, very high quality, easy to clean

Great product, Very sturdy
The steel reinforcing wire through the lip makes this product great. The bad thing about aluminium is it is so fragile. Make sure to keep 2000 or finer sandpaper handy to fix all the gouges from normal wear. It will also keep it looking beautiful. Pretty heavy gauge pans as well. It’s a commercial product.

ZERO COMPLAINTS
Totally amazed at the difference these make when baking! No more scorching … sturdy, no twisting and popping as they heat up. Wish I bought these 10 years ago!

Love these
We have a number of other sizes. They all work perfectly. The quarter size is great for small portions / being able to fit a number of different items on their own sheets at the same time.

Just the right size for a lot of little jobs in the kitchen.
I did not realize that the weight of these were so sturdy. An awesome piece to have for everyday use. Especially, if you have teenagers.

Bought as a gift for a baker in the family. They enjoy the well made products.

Sturdy!
I mostly use these to bake large butternut squash. I use parchment paper for easier clean up and so that things don’t stick. They don’t warp and they work great!

I love my Nordic Ware pans.
I have several of these pans in the half sheet size. When I wanted a jelly roll pan I of course bought a Nordic Ware one. Actually I bought two. Work perfectly, wash up easily and still look great after many uses.
LMW –
Good quality
Have only had these for a couple of weeks and used about 3 times. Love them so far. Love the way the heat is distributed evenly. As far as ease of cleaning, so far so good. Thes pans look quite professional.

Well Made – My Favorite Brand
These are my favorite brand of sheetware. The materials are hard and easy to clean. They do not scratch easily and one set will last me for many years.

Excellent 3 Piece Sheet Set. MADE IN THE USA!
these are fantastic pans. Heavy and sturdy. The best is seeing MITUSA.

20 years and counting
I’ve bought this set for my daughter. The heat conductivity is superb. No hot spots on mine after over 20 years of use. Cleaning them is quite easy if you brush on a paste of water and baking soda or Bartender’s Friend (a mildly acidic scrubbing powder that cuts through grease and grime like magic) and let it sit for a while then scrub it clean. I scrub clean mine after each use, and they still look like new. The rolled edges are sturdy and reliably keep the pans from warping. This is quite important when dealing with recipes like traditional focaccia, which requires pouring olive oil in the pan before placing the dough in it. If the pan warps/bends in the oven like some other brands I tried, the oil will accumulate on one side and possibly spill out, creating a fire hazard. There are many heavy duty cookie sheets out there. The non-stick and granite kind tend to cost more and are not as sturdy, long lasting or reliable in terms of even baking and warping. Treat them well, they will last for years. Happy baking.

Baking Sheets
Will use for cookie baking.

Perfect for making a box of brownies in the toaster oven.
My oven decided to die on me when I won’t have the funds to replace it anytime soon. So I’ve been using my toaster oven anytime I need to bake something. All the sheet pans I had were either too small to bake a two person serving in or too big to fit in the toaster oven. I was a bit worried this would be too small also, but it was on sale for a price I couldn’t resist, and I’m so glad I bought it. It is a small pan, BUT I was so excited when I used it for the first time and discovered it fits a box of brownie mix PERFECTLY. Since that was the purpose I bought it for, I couldn’t have gotten a better pan. It’s thick but lightweight, very sturdy with no warping at all after half a dozen uses, easy to clean with no signs of rust anywhere, and it’s the perfect size to make a box of brownies and fits in my DeLonghi toaster oven. In fact, I’m ordering a second one because there is plenty of room to fit both pans in the toaster oven together, which will help make things easier having to cook Thanksgiving dinner with only a toaster oven and and instant pot.

sturdy, useful small baking pan for oven or air fryer/toaster
I like Nordic bake ware and own their regular-sized baking sheets. This little 1/8 sheet is perfect for small bakes — a few chicken breasts, potatoes, or fish filets, or for warming up pizza or baking a few cookies. It cleans up easily after a little soak and you can use steel wool on it to keep it shiny. It has decent weight. Fits in the toaster oven. Highly recommend.

They fit in my Ninja but I purchased them for my Oster oven. They fit and bake beautifully in both.
Sturdy and perfect fit.

Great quality, great price and great size. These are the best!
I started to use these trays the day they were delivered. Made a great pork tenderloin with fingerling potatoes and the meal turned out very well. I was afraid the trays would be too small, but they are just perfect. They cleaned up very well because I used foil to cover the bottom. A couple of days later the silicone liners arrived and I will use those. This was an excellent purchase and I will use the trays quite often.

Very important review between Nordic and Vollrath
After months (close to a year) of searching and trialing different baking sheets, I have found the perfect (or two perfect) ones for your consideration. I am hoping this to be a very informative review and I hope you will like it! I hope this is going to be helpful to you. Learn from my experience (and trial and error) so you buy the correct baking sheet the first time—save you time, money, and energy. This review is going to focus on two of my favorite brand’s QUARTER SHEET BAKING SHEETS. The results may or may not apply to HALF SHEETS or any other sizes. Why? Because a manufacturer may make their products differently for different product lines. Just like Ford may make good truck but not their sedans, or Subaru makes good SUVs but not necessarily pickups. It’s just an analogy! Anyway, Nordic and Vollrath are being compared here. I didn’t get the Chicago Metallic brand… maybe next time!!To start – I baked side-by-side using both brands and here are my findings:They are both “standard sized” quarter sheets – but one is slightly larger than the other. The Vollrath brand is slightly larger (or perhaps Nordic is slightly smaller??). Your “standard size” quarter-sheet baking rack will sit perfectly inside the Vollrath sheet flush and flat. On the other hand, the same rack will not sit flush in Nordic pan. In fact, you will have to very carefully balance the rack on the edge of the Nordic quarter-sheet … and if you but it just a little . .. . slush~ the rack will fall into the pan or fall off entirely.See the attached photos. So, is backing rack an important feature for your particular bake job? If yes, then you will have a hard time using the Nordic brand—either that or you have to buy purposefully smaller sized baking rack than what is “standard sized.” If not, who cares. I do need a baking rack for many of the things I bake—a rack that falls off easily is not acceptable to me. But who needs a rack for cookies? Wings? You have to think about this aspect for your own purposes.Manufacturing: the Nordic pan was perfect in attention to details. The photo of the back of the quarter-sheet pan shows you how each manufacturer rolled their heavy duty aluminum. Nordic rolled theirs much more perfectly and more detailed. See photo. On the other hand, Vollrath pan was kind of …Meh~ Like as if the manufacturer said “that’s good enough of a roll.” Does the bad rolling job make the Vollrath pan useless? No. The baking result is not impacted from my test-baking. But there’s something to be said about perfection.True Heavy Weight?: Both brands claim to be “Heavy Duty.” Check out the photos: Vollrath weighs in at 348 grams while the Nordic weighs in at 460 grams. If you do the math, this means the Nordic quarter sheet is approximately 30% more material! Yes, there’s 30% more aluminum in the Nordic quarter-sheet than the Vollrath product. That’s “30% heavier” duty.. I suppose you can put it that way. But the baking result with the Vollrath is not impacted (no warping, food bakes out equally on a side-by-side bake test). So is the extra 30% more material necessary? Thin baking sheet has the problem of bending and warping during baking (this is a known problem). If the product does NOT bend of warp… 348 gm vs. 460 gm ? Hmm. I dunno. But then again .. . Nordic is heavier weight, great, but it doesn’t accommodate a “standard sized” baking rack!!! Which is more important?? Now that’s where you need to decide for yourself. If you bake often foods that require a rack, you absolutely need a smaller rack or use the Vollrath quarter sheet to accommodate standard quarter-sheet racks. The Nordic will not fit those. On the other hand, if your bake often foods that sit directly on the pan and do not need a rack, or only uses the rack sporadically, you might be better off getting the Nordic quarter sheet and enjoy its 30% heavier weight and better machine job / better attention to details. Or get both – one Vollrath for one job, one Nordic for another job.OR, go find a smaller quarter-sheet rack (say, 1/8” smaller each side) to accommodate the Nordic quarter-sheet, then you have the best of both worlds. But that means you have to buy “less than standard sized” baking rack by about 1/8” smaller each side. Why can’t just “standard sized” things work standardly? Why don’t they just work perfectly? That was my frustration with Nordic quarter-sheet this entire time. I love that quarter-sheet but whenever I needed to use a rack, Nordic became useless to me.Thickness: You can see from the photos that the Nordic quarter-sheet is slightly thicker than the Vollrath. This came from being 30% more weight/material. I am not detecting the benefit of this extra thickness. Better heat retention? More anti-warping? More stable? Heavier? Stronger?Other things: Both quarter-sheets are NOT (I repeat, NOT) safe in dishwasher. They both need to be hand washed. They both do NOT come seasoned and they are NOT non-stick. Your best bet is put down a sheet of silicon baking sheet. I personally don’t recommend aluminum foil (but that’s what everyone does). My recommendation against aluminum foil is the excessive intake of aluminum which may be associated with Alzheimer’s disease. (This is not a medical preach, please use your own research). I simply recommend you use a silicon baking mat instead of an aluminum foil bottom to avoid getting even more aluminum in your diet. I do NOT recommend baking directly on either Nordic or Vollrath quarter-sheets: food spot will be permanently baked into the pans, black scorch marks and carbon deposits will permanently cook into the aluminum sheets and there is no easy reversal (if at all). I know, it’s only $15 a quarter-sheet so it’s not too expensive. I happen to like my things to last for years. :-)I hope this has been helpful. Write me comments if you need to ask more questions. I am attaching 8 or 9 photos to help with this review. Thanks!! Happy shopping!!

Absolutely beautiful pans, cookies are perfect!
I love these pans! I have never had good luck with cookie sheets. I thought I was solving the cheap-pan problem a few years ago when I replaced the old lightweight aluminum workhorses with very expensive gold-toned pans. Although these pans are the very best for cakes and bar cookies, they burned the bottoms of every drop or molded cookie I ever made in them. So…this year, one last try. I sent for these top-notch Nordic Ware pans. And they are superb. Just before they arrived I made a beautiful Christmas cookie, on parchment, as always, in the gold pans, and they came out with burned feet, of course. I made the same ones 2 days later in these pans, still on parchment, and what a difference! Golden and crispy, chewy in the middle–perfection. The only disadvantage is the care that must taken with storage. I have them in my pan cupboard with old dish towels between to avoid scratches, and the whole package also lavishes in a 2-gallon ziplock bag for extra safety. Aluminum is not safe when scratched, so this has to be avoided, and parchment always used when baking to prevent staining (which I do anyway). Taking no chances with these babies! They are fabulous and worth the extra care.

Great half sheets. Much heavier duty than I thought they would be for the price. They don’t stick at all. I will order more when I get more cash.

Best of the best!
I bought these cookie sheets a few years ago and they are holding up beautifully. I will always buy these (if I ever need them again!)

Excellent!
Should have bought these ages ago. I alway thought I needed nonstick pans. I alway line my pans with parchment paper anyway whether I’m roasting vegetables or baking cookies. These pans don’t pop or warp in the hot oven and clean up so well. They’re light weight so easy on my wrists. These make a great gift for any homemaker!

So much better than reusing aluminum pans from bakery purchases
Sturdy. I expect it will last a long time, based on other Nordic Ware pans I own.To make it easy to use without sticking, and for easy cleanup, pre-cut lots of baking parchment. If it is cut in advance, you won’t be tempted to skip using the parchment. I cut half sheet flats of parchment into quarters, which fit the bottom of the pan.

Jelly roll size is the ONLY size pan you should get.
Great pans, but only get jelly roll size. It is exactly half the size of a standard oven. You can set two side by side per rack. So much easier to wash in the sink or dishwasher than one large pan.
Retiree in NYC –
Nice weight, perfect size
I have 4 of these and sent 4 to my daughter. They are perfect, not too heavy but don’t “boing” in the oven. With or without parchment paper, they clean easily (just NOT in the dishwasher).

Sturdy pans
These pans are very sturdy, when I baked cookies without a pan it would go through the rack and burn, but with these pans it cooks even and doesn’t warp and is sturdy. (So far)

Nice
Very nice tray. I ordered it because of its size. I have larger and smaller, but a recipe that I make at Christmas that calls for 10×15.

Good heavyweight baking sheets
I was surprised at the sturdiness of the baking sheets. Good heavy aluminum. The smallest one will probably get used for many things in the kitchen other than baking, i.e. serving tray, etc. I was pleased to note Nordic Ware is made in the USA. Good for them and us. I got my money’s worth for these baking sheets and would highly recommend them.

So reliable
Soo good. Sturdy and never warped. This is my second set after a move. I will say that when I put these in the dishwasher, they came out with this nasty chemical wash look. Feels the same. Worx the same.
Wes from Yorktown –
Best half sheet baking sheet made
My favorite ever. heats evenly, doesn’t warp, even when heated empty, and no coatings to get scratched or chip. If used with parchment paper, there is no sticking and the sheet is east to clean.

A joy to use
The size of this baking sheet allows me to handle it easily, and to store it in our cupboard. It’s sturdy and durable. I wish I had purchased the two-pack of baking sheets long ago, as they improve the quality of my baking.

Why didn’t I get these sooner?
After reading several rave reviews about these Nordic Ware baking sheets, I knew they would be perfect as replacements for my 10 year old, warped baking sheets. I bought a few in different sizes and am very happy with them. They are sturdy, easy to clean and very reasonably priced. Now if they would just make me a better cook….
Paul D. –
Getting what you ordered.
This is a great product and it is everything that I wanted. The only issue was it was supposed to be a 2-pack and I got 1; TWICE. Two or three calls to customer service fixed an unnecessary shipping exchange.Great product!!!

Best Cookie Sheets I’ve Owned
Let me tell you, these baking sheets are a game-changer!First things first, the quality is top-notch. The Nordic Ware sheets feel sturdy and durable, not flimsy like some others I’ve tried. They have this awesome non-stick surface that’s a blessing when it comes to baking—no more frustrating scraping or scrubbing off baked-on messes! And the best part? Even with repeated use, the non-stick coating has held up impressively well.Speaking of baking, these sheets distribute heat beautifully. My cookies, pastries, and roasted veggies all come out evenly cooked and perfectly golden. The rims are nicely raised, preventing any spills or drips, which makes cleanup a breeze. Now, here’s the lowdown: to maintain that flawless finish, hand washing is the way to go. I know, I know, it’s a bit of a downside for those who prefer tossing everything in the dishwasher (guilty!). But trust me, a little handwashing effort is totally worth it to preserve these sheets’ pristine condition. Plus, they’re easy to clean by hand anyway.I’ve used these Nordic Ware baking sheets for a variety of recipes, from delicate macarons to hearty sheet pan dinners, and they haven’t disappointed me yet. The size is just right, and they fit snugly in my oven without warping. If you’re on the hunt for reliable, high-quality baking sheets, I highly recommend giving the Nordic Ware ones a shot. They’ve certainly upped my baking game, and I can’t imagine going back to my old sheets after experiencing the difference these make!

Love!
I love these pans! Bought in a bundle for a good value. I used to have crappy pans that warped in the oven, and these feel super sturdy even though they’re lightweight. They do stain/keep marks very easily, but I just accept the fact that they’re meant to be used. To minimize these marks I try to always use parchment or foil!
jlapine –
Short x1 sheets.
Should have been a two-pack but only one arrived.Update: “Replacement” shipped immediately upon notice of error. I’ve been using these sheets for years and they’re indispensable. Just expect them to oxidize in the dishwasher, and to warp with hot/cold use. Neither condition is a deal-breaker for me.

Best sheet pans
All my sheet pans were warped and rough condition. Some would “pop” and twist while baking. America’s Test Kitchen suggested these and they are amazing. Hold a ton of food, don’t twist or warp, great heat conducting, and easy to clean.

Bought because ATK recommended them
Our old baking sheets tend to warp in the oven, resulting in uneven surfaces.I bought them after seeing America’s Test Kitchen rate the highly. They haven’t lead me wrong in the past and they didn’t lead me wrong this time. Nice and flat, even when heated to high temperatures. Nice and stiff, but light weight. I did notice that some cooking juices will etch the surface, but I don’t care – it’s a pan. I typically use a parchment liners, so easy to clean.Definitely recommended.

Perfect pans
I use nordicware pans for my small business but I needed new pans specifically for baking/cooking. My old pans are a complete mess. Nordic pans are always sturdy, easily cleaned and with the added silicone liners cleaning just got even easier. I can’t say enough good things about the brand and specifically, these pans. I also really love the variety of sizes, great value!

The Best !!
Very nice, heavy duty sheet pans. Seriously high quality and heavy duty.
Debra M. –
Great quality and results
I bought these on the suggestion of a baking pro. They are a heavy aluminum and good quality. They have even heat distribution and they did not warp in the oven. The 2 pans have been used to bake about 55 dozen cookies on them so far with no issues. They produce cookies with consistant results, perfect spread, and perfectly golden bottoms. I use parchment sheets so I can’t speak to ease of cleaning baked on messes nor non-stick properties. They do take a VERY long time to cool off but that can be sped up by running cool water over the back of the pan.

Great little pan
For some reason, I didn’t look at the size and thought this would be bigger. It is quite small but seems durable and I think I’ll actually get a lot of use out of it with a small batch of chicken or veggies.

Good Pan
Arrived on time and in good condition. I’ve used it a few times and it didn’t twist in the oven. Still looks great after handwashing.

Sturdy and well made
So far we are very pleased with our new baking sheets. They are sturdy and well made, as well as made in the U.S. An 11lbs. fried turkey wasn’t even a challenge for these. With proper care these could easily be something to pass on to future generations.
midwest gal –
Sturdy baking sheets.
I’ve used Nordic Ware bakeware for yrs – mostly sheet pans. Needed larger sheets after many yrs – ordered these. They suit my needs perfectly! Yes, aluminum collects minor scratches & stains over time (esp when roasting veggies at high temps – avocado or grapeseed oils do stain) I don’t actually mind the darkening of pans, goes w. the territory. While I don’t cook in aluminum pans, these definitely distribute heat evenly for baking. Never an issue w. uneven browning for cookies, etc. Happy w. purchase.

My Oven Doesn’t ‘Run Hot’ After All!
A lot of times, things get burned in our oven. Meat dishes cook evenly, so I was baffled when every single cookie recipe I made turned out burned. Even lowering the temperature on the oven and baking the cookies for a longer time didn’t help – the cookies would always be burned on the bottom. My husband said: ‘The oven just runs hot, we should get a thermometer’ but he never bought one. So I decided to buy some new cookie sheets. After googling: ‘Best material for cookie baking sheets’ I came across an article that rated these cookie sheets as among the best in the world. I was suspicious, because for this price I didn’t think that could possibly be true but I bought them anyhow. And I’m really glad that I did!I baked four dozens of cookies yesterday (at 350, just like the recipe says) and they turned out beautifully – NO burning! It is nice having cookie sheets that don’t burn my cookies. I am thinking that it was my old cookie sheets that were the problem. Despite using parchment paper, they were pretty beat-up and warped; I’d imagine that the heat distribution was all over the place in a bad way.

Great Option For RV Ovens Too
We went full time and working with an RV oven is much different than natural gas in a sticks and bricks house. These really work great at disbursing heat without burning in the middle. The largest size won’t fit, but storing that for later, the other 2 sizes work perfectly. Baked my infamous cookies this Christmas and they were perfect!
