A lot of calculator for the money
This one is a bit if comedown for a die hard RPN user like myself.I use this for simple states like averaging a few samples. It’s not hard to learn but a few things are a bit tricky.For me clearing and statistics was tricky. It is not a labeled key but and option on entering teh stat mode, but it is not displayed.On the other hand it’s a lot easier to go back and fix and entry error in a group of samples than it is with my RPN calculator.

My college professor for physics said we couldn’t have graphing calculators so I bought this and it’s perfect 10/10. Does what a scientific calculator does. I hate using my phone for calculations so this has been huge.

Great for classrooms
It would be great if these came in bulk. I can only buy up to 4 at a time with this price. But with this price I’d love to buy more (and save on shipping and trucks driving to and fro…). I know they come in bulk, but the “teacher kit” price never seems to be this low! More colors would be fun, but the color doesn’t matter. This is a solid calculator.

Great for my needs
I’m back in school as a 30 something and needed a scientific calculator for math 107. This has been a great value. So far it’s done everything I’ve hoped it would (Continuous compounding, other financial formulas and finding standard deviation mostly). I suspect it’ll do everything I need for this course and beyond considering I’m majoring in psychology and nothing math heavy. I did have to look up video tutorials on how to use it since I found the instruction manual confusing but that’s just user error since I’ve never needed to do much math before.

UIL calculator in a great color
The school packs come in the dark blue. The red makes them easier to see as you leave competitions and they match our school colors. Overall the calculator works great. The solar power makes it so you don’t have to buy coin batteries and this calculator can take a backpack beating. Have bought it several times and given it to kids. Highly recommend for chemistry and physics class so the kids don’t get used to the crutch of graphing calculators or the dumb buttons “nsolve”.

Exactly what my child needed
Middle school requires that my teenagers have this for math. I didn’t have a choice in the model as they tell you what model to buy. That said, I paid a fraction of the cost on Amazon then I would have in Staples or a store like it. We are very happy with the quality of the calculator, the buttons do not stick, and it’s not super heavy. It’s exactly what we needed.

It is a calculator, it calculates fine. It is cheap, sometimes the buttons don’t register if you get going too fast and don’t press them well. Overall, it is a good little calculator that is small thin and easy to cary around, and it is cheap enough that if it gets damaged, you won’t be too upset.

Well this is the only calculator I can use in my college math class and it was cheap so W. It can’t do fractions and you can’t type in number too fast or it won’t register. If you just want any food calculator I would get the TI-36X Pro. It’s been my favorite calculator since I had to get one in like 6th grade, and I wish I could keep using it.

Standard issue for our 8th grade math classes
I’ve bought several of these over the years because they are required in our middle school math programs. My kids have found them very easy to learn to use, and they’ve held up well. Have had to replace one or two, but only because they get lost over summers. Good tools, for learning and using.

Not ready to use when delivered
I just changed my review because it suddenly started working.I am incredibly frustrated the battery was dead when it arrived. I let it sit for 2 days in a sunny window and the solar backup battery still isn’t working. Now I have to replace the battery on a brand new calculator. I needed this ASAP for a physics class.

Exactly what I expected
This calculator was exactly as expected. I needed this one to take some calculator-specific exams, so I couldn’t use my TI-84. It’s very different, but does the job. Personally I don’t like this calculator, but that is because I’m used to something better. If this is the calculator you need, I highly recommend it. It’s a good price and still handles basic calculations.

These are hard to find. The schools usually prefer this Texas instrument calculator, so they are scarce in the stores. But we can always count on Amazon to have what we need. Ordered this for my son and he has had no problems with it.

we bought this calculator two – three times for two different people, this is recommend in schools and most teachers use them, this calculator usually goes on sale at the start of schools, which can be an ideal time to buy it, overall it has every scientific functions of a calculator and is vaild on the SAT. Does Math good
I put it through the rigors of the mathematic field. Kant said that Math is a synthetic a priori, a much argued position of human logic. So I decided to put this calculator through the gauntlet. It is often posited by many humans below the age of two of what the end result would be when combining more than one object based on an amount. For the purpose of this test I made that amount 2. I decided, based on the difficulty of the task, to make the amount of the second amount of objects 2 as well. When counting the number of objects combined together aloud I ended up with an astounding result of four. Now, can the TX30XIIS scientific calculator match my advanced level of intellect based on my reality of observation? I utilized the interface of the calculator and pressed the symbolic representation of the number 2 and since I was making an addition to the number of objects I used the symbol for addition and pressed the + sign. Nothing yet, I can see this calculator has potential. So I continued with my experiment and repeated the amount of 2 with the replication of my live experiment. Now, in order to see what that output was I needed to press the symbol that would inform the calculator to go ahead and perform the function and to put out the total sum. In almost lighting speed to my amazement, sure enough the total output read was 4. Amazing. The future is now. I can only imagine what this means for all science and human civilization as we know it. Oh and the color of the calculator is cool too.
